The Concierge Program provides comfort to patients and their families during their hospital stay in an effort to make them feel as at home as possible. We offer patient information, Tim Horton’s coffee cards, meal tray cards, newspapers, iPad services, phone chargers, coffee, tea, toiletries and other amenities. T2B volunteers are available to assist patients and families in whatever capacity they need whether it is to get them a coffee, visit or stop by for a chat, or simply grab something out of reach for them.
