Emma - July 2019

We are honoured to have Emma as part of our T2B family and would love to recognize her as our volunteer of the month for July.

This month marks Emma’s one-year anniversary with T2B. In the past 12 months she has shown tremendous care and compassion to the patients and their families through our Concierge Program. Her communication reports show that she always goes the extra step while she is there and makes sure to stop by and visit with each patient. She has so much energy and light that patients and their families cannot help but have their spirits lifted when she is around. She is always looking for unique ways to communicate and interact with the patients and their family members. 

Emma is always willing to help pick up extra volunteer shifts whenever she is able. She is consistently looking for opportunities to go above and beyond what is expected to add a more personal touch for each patient.  On top of volunteering with the Concierge Program Emma also helps us out at our community fundraising events! She is always there for us for whatever we need and we could not be more grateful.
