Windsor, ON – RBC is hosting their 25th annual Hot Dog Day BBQ across all branches to support Transition To Betterness’ commitment to the Ronald McDonald House of Windsor.
RBC Regional Vice President of Windsor Essex County Margaret Corio said, “RBC is excited to continue our partnership with Transition to Betterness, as together, we are raising funds in support of T2B programming for the new Ronald McDonald House through the proceeds of RBC’s annual Hot Dog Day BBQ. Both T2B and Ronald McDonald House play such an important role in the well-being of the youth and families of Windsor and Essex County. RBC is proud to work with these organizations to help make a difference in the communities in which we live and work.”
All 15 RBC branches across Windsor and Essex County will be participating in the Hot Dog Day BBQ. RBC has supported a variety of charities with this event, but all have a common thread in that the organizations involved had a focus on supporting children.
T2B Executive Director, Amber Hunter said, “T2B is excited about our partnership with RBC and the Ronald McDonald House Within A Hospital. This is such a great addition to our community. We thank RBC for their ongoing support to us and helping with our commitment to the Ronald McDonald House.”
T2B is a local grassroots organization founded on the commitment that all funds raised in Windsor-Essex, stay in Windsor-Essex. T2B funds and operates 17 various programs within our local hospitals and health care facilities.
