Transition to Betterness is happy to introduce Bianca Franchi as our January Volunteer of the Month!
Bianca has been a member o f the T2B family for many years. We have watched her develop from a young teenage girl participating in her community into an intelligent, aware, goal oriented bright young women. Bianca led our T2B junior committee as co-chair for 4 years until she was able to join the adult T2B Action Committee. She continues to be a leader within the organization not only representing the youth of today but the leaders of our tomorrow within the community. Bianca knows of T2B through her own personal experience and shows great compassion and care to those in our community who are affected by cancer. Bianca has always come forward for every call to action from Transition to Betterness and is always ready to offer her assistance and solutions to the challenges we face. She contribute so much to our organization including her organizational skills when we are planning events and her time even while balancing a heavy school, work and family schedule. Bianca is fantastic at multi-tasking while still keeping great focus with whatever the task is put in front of her. Bianca’s smile and zest for life is what makes her a great volunteer and shining star for T2B.
