We are honoured to have Christie Savage as part of our T2B family and would love to recognize her as our volunteer of the month for February.
Christie has been with T2B for just a few short months but has shown tremendous care and compassion to the patients and their families through our Concierge Program. Her communication reports show that she goes the extra step while she is there. Christie noticed one of the patients was in a bit of distress and wanted to talk to her daughter, so Christie went above and beyond to talk to the nurses and get the daughter’s phone number and then assisted the patient with the call.
Christie is always looking for new ways to comfort the patients and always thinking outside of the box. She also is a nursing student, which shows that she has a caring and loving spirit.
Congratulations Christie, T2B is very lucky and proud to have you as part of the family.
