Emily Vandenham - September 2015

Transition to Betterness would like to announce that Emily Vandenham is our volunteer of the month for September. Emily is one of our Concierge volunteers at the Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus. Emily is a recent nursing graduate but still takes time to volunteer weekly with Transition to Betterness. She is always looking for positive ways to converse and interact with all of the patients and their family members. Her bright smile and friendly personality brighten the days of each and every patient. Emily is always willing to help pick up extra volunteer shifts whenever she is able. She is consistently looking for opportunities to go above and beyond what is expected to add a more personal touch for each and every patient. We cannot thank you enough for your efforts and love of T2B. Your enthusiasm and your ability to pay it forward does not go unnoticed. Emily, you should feel so proud, you are a shining star inside and out. T2B is honoured to have you!
