Kim Wirag - October 2015

Transition to Betterness would like to announce that Kim Wirag is our volunteer of the month for October.

Kim is one of our Concierge Volunteers at the Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus. Kim is a social work student at the University of Windsor but still takes time to volunteer with Transition to Betterness. She is always looking for ways to add those personal touches to each and every interaction she has whether it is with patients or their visitors. She is always chatting up everyone she meets and her goal when entering every room is to make at least one person smile. She is always finding new and creative ways to make everyone feel more comfortable. Even though Kim is very busy with her schooling she makes herself available in whatever way she can to help out.
