Transition to Betterness is honoured to announce that Patricia and Elizabeth are our volunteers of the month for December.
Patricia and Elizabeth both volunteer for our Comfort Cart Program in the T2B Supportive Care Unit at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare’s Tayfour Campus. This program provides patients and families with complimentary snacks and beverages including frozen yogurt, pastries, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea (just to name a few).
They love volunteering so that they can give back to the community. This dynamic duo are always smiling and looking for new ways to make patients and visitors as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail, empathy and compassion are unparalleled.
We cannot thank you both enough for volunteering your time and efforts for Transition to Betterness. All the extra care and personal touches you add do not go unnoticed.
Patricia and Elizabeth, you both should feel so proud, you are a shining stars inside and out.
