Rachel and Ashley Scarfone - November 2015

Transition to Betterness would like to announce that Rachel and Ashley Scarfone are our volunteers of the month for November.

Rachel and Ashley both volunteer for our Comfort Cart Program at both Met and Tayfour locations. Additionally Rachel also volunteers for our Concierge program.  Both ladies are students at the University of Windsor but still takes time to volunteer with Transition to Betterness. They heard about T2B when visiting at the hospital and now give back through our programs themselves. This dynamic duo are always smiling and looking for new ways to make patients and visitors as comfortable as possible. They always step up to help take extra shifts whenever their busy schedules allow it. When we asked them why they volunteer for T2B they said, “We have both enjoyed volunteering with T2B for the past 3.5 years. We are proud to be volunteering for such a great organization that assists people in their time of need and hope to continue to volunteer our time with T2B in the future.”

We cannot thank you both enough for volunteering your time and efforts for Transition to Betterness. All the extra care and personal touches you add do not go unnoticed.
